All sales are final and returns are not accepted with exception to damaged shipment, artwork and/or quality issues. If you received an original or print with visible damage please contact me directly at artworkbyayla@gmail.com with images supporting your request for a refund or even exchange.

Free shipping is available within the Netherlands. Most shipments are expected to arrive within 3 to 5 business days. For international shipping, there is a €20 fee for prints and €50 for original works. International shipments typically arrive within 10 to 15 business days. All shipping options include tracking information and notifications upon shipment.
